..but you miss to provide a minimum example, that demonstrates your 
issue. 

Try to see it from Phil's perspective, somebody tells you, that 
something does not work. What would you do? Start hacking, guessing 
what this guy may have done (wrong) along the way? Be assured, that 
Phil will look into your issue, IF you can demonstrate the problem in a 
reproducible way. 

Fixing bugs is hard enough - guessing what _might_ gone wrong is 
soothsaying. Which one do you prefer?
