[PyQt] sipapiqti.h file

I have been working with the QtiPlot application for Linux and I am
running into a problem with the SIP package.  The makefile is asking for
a file called sipapiqti.h that it cannot find.  I have the latest SIP
dev packages installed for Ubuntu 10.10 and this file is no where on my
system.  I tried doenloading the SIP4.12 source and building it, but
that does not create the file either.
