[PyQt] Icon on OS X

I am trying out my application on OS X Lion 10.7.2 and PyQt4 4.8.4 and it is showing the default Python Launcher Icon. 

But on Ubuntu it is showing the icon which I specify. Wondering if there is a specific thing I need to do on OSX.
