[PyQt] Attribute 'swap' is missing - e.g. QIcon

Hi Phil,

Oops, you are right. Just Qt-4.7.4 on Linux and therefore too old to swap...

But on MacOSX I had Qt-4.8.1 in my path while switching to PyQt 4.9.4 as 
an attempt to get swap running...
