[PyQt] Bug in pyqt 4.9.1? QWebElement functions using Qstring Markup Not Working

Upgraded from pyqt4 4.8.6.1 to pyqt4 4.9.1-1, and notice in my program that
all QWebElement's functions that allow Qstring markup, fail to work.

I've noticed this bug has existed before in QT, as you can see here:
