[PyQt] Build fail pyqt 4.9.5 or snapshot with qtwebkit 2.3

Qt 4.8.3, KDE 4.9.3
 No issues building pyqt on qtwebkit 2.2, so wondering if there is any
workaround to make pyqt build on 2.3 version, since adding spell check to
qt browsers is an important feature that qtwebkit 2.3 brings.
