[PyQt] recruiting a PyQT developer for Media Player Development

I am willing to pay for a PyQT developer to implement the following system.

System requirement:
* A full screen media player on ubuntu 10.04 or 11.10 x86 machine.
* Supported format: JPEG, AVI, MPEG, SWF, WebPage
* Mouse and Keyboard interact with WebPage through Player
* Able to retrive media files from remote server via network.
