[PyQt] latest pykde4 (4.9.2) build fails against new sip-4.14/PyQt-4.9.5

I'll check. I suspect the version check is too strict and cuts off things (it 
checks for PyQt > 4.9.0 which is too low in version).
Can you give me the hex version of PyQt? I'll adjust the check and see whether 
it works or not.
