[PyQt] No QtWebKit in PyQt4 package

I've just installed PyQt4 with the archiv PyQt-x11-gpl-4.10.2 but 
QtWebKit seems not installed.

There's no subfolder QtWebKit in the archiv, just two files 
cfgtest_QtWebKit.cpp and cfgtest_QtWebKit.pro
