[PyQt] QRegularExpression missing from PyQt4

Hello,

I think, that the new Qt5 regular expression class 
QRegularExpression and it's companions are missing from 
PyQt4 (at least dir(PyQt4.QtCore) didn't show them). Can 
these be added?
