[PyQt] PyQt 5.1.1 and Qt 5.2.0 beta

Try adding -fPIC to your cflag then recompile.

FYI, this is the compiler I am using:

gcc version 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-3)

Works fine for me but I suspect the problem is a crappy compiler.

Try the attached patch.
