[PyQt] PyQt and Designer Plugins

Hello List, Phil.

I'm wondering if the integration plugin for Designer is working in 
recent versions of PyQt4 and Qt, as  I even didn't get the example from 
Qt Quarterly working 
(http://doc.qt.digia.com/qq/qq26-pyqtdesigner-1.1.zip). 
libpythonplugin.so appears in the information dialog, but no widget 
becomes available.

Unless PyQt is broken in both my work (Ubuntu) and home (Debian) 
machines, I assume the feature is not longer available, but I'd ask anyway.
