[PyQt] pyqtdeploy x-compile linux to android: pyqt make install: permission denied creating /libs

Output of configure.py attached.

I don't understand /libs either.  
I think the Makefile in PyQt.../QtCore must be referring to it.
I just looked, maybe INSTALL_ROOT is not defined where it tries to mkdir $(INSTALL_ROOT)/libs/arm...

I will debug further, I just hoped maybe it had been seen before.

Should I use a Mac as the host, if that is where others have had success?
