[PyQt] PyQt based code editor

Detlev,

I'm use a Python/PyQt4 text editor which is based on qutepart, a
Python/PyQt4 editor component (QScintilla upgrade/replacement). See
https://github.com/hlamer/qutepart. It's Python v2; I'm not sure about v3
compatibility.
