[PyQt] ANN: First eric 6.0 snapshot released

Hi,

I'd like to inform all of you about the immediate availability of the first eric 6.0 
snapshot. eric6 is the PyQt5 port of the eric IDE. This snapshot features the same 
functions as the most recent eric5 snapshot. Please give it a try and report back 
the issues you find (there are probably many of them).
