[PyQt] Use Pyqt4 with Pyrhon 3.3

> I've installed new version Python and i've a problem to use this library because my station work with windows 8 64bit with Pentium I7 Intel.
Anyone can explainme if is possible to use this interface.
When i start to run a simple code like windows she told  me an error like this is not win32 application .
