[PyQt] PyQt4 Windows installer

Hello,

the Windows installer PyQt4-4.10.4-gpl-Py3.3-Qt5.2.0-x32.exe does not 
seem to include the QtWebKit modules. Did I do anything wrong or is this 
on purpose?[1]
