[PyQt] Python Qt Crash

Hi everyone
I was wondering if someone could have a look at this crash [1] that we
have in our PyQt4 packages in Kubuntu, and can be triggered by trying
to submit a bug using apport-kde

If you have access to errors.ubuntu.com , the issue can also be viewed here [2]

It's a pretty bad crash affecting many users when they try to report
bugs using apport-kde. You can find the apport-kde source here [3]
