[PyQt] Changelog files on riverbank site

Hello

Previously, Firefox would happily display Changelog files on the 
riverbank site, because it saw them as text files. However, that seems 
to have changed recently, because it now sees them as BIN files and will 
only allow them to be saved to disk.

Would it be possible to update the mime.types file on the riverbank 
server so that it registers Changelog files as text/plain?
