[PyQt] Problem building PyQt4-x11-gpl-4.11.2

Hi - building PyQt4 on Scientific Linux 5.8 gives an error

strip /usr/local/bin/pyuic4
strip: /usr/local/bin/pyuic4: File format not recognized

It was configured with
python configure-ng.py --qmake=/usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.8.6/bin/qmake 
-c -j 4

I assume this is because pyuic4 is a script?
