Just like this. You send a mail and it gets distributed to all members
on a list - someone writes back to the list, and all people get the
answer again.
StackOverflow is a pretty good ressource, and then there's also all
the Qt forums if the problems are Qt rather than PyQt related - though
I don't know how much people like PyQt example code there when you ask
a question.
Then there are also the IRC channels #pyqt, #python and #qt on
Freenode.
