StackOverflow is a pretty good ressource, and then there's also also

I've used the Qt forums (http://qt-project.org/forums) several times with
fairly good results. Python example code seems to be acceptable
as long as it is short, and you make it clear what you are trying to do
using words.

Be sure to read some message threads there first to get a sense
of the community style and learn their conventions (such as editing a
subject line to say [Solved] when it has been solved).
