[PyQt] Supplying PyQt5 via PyPI

Hi,

Would there be an issue with me providing compiled versions for PyQt5 on
PyPI for use in my own projects?

My motivation being the ability to specify PyQt5 as a dependency to another
Python project I'm part of, so as to simplify installation on our users
workstations.

Practically, as the namespace is occupied by the original PyQt5, I'd
potentially host it under an alternative name, such as PyQt5-py27 and
PyQt5-py26.
