[PyQt] QAccessible in PyQt

Hi,

I already found a thread[1] from 2004 talking about PyQt and
QAccessible, which explains it's not available with PyQt as there was
no need so far.

Has anything about that (or the effort needed due to better tools)
changed in the meantime?

I'd like to use it to access web elements with QtWebEngine, as
recommended in the comments in [2].
