[PyQt] Segfault on exit with Python 3.5

Today I am not able to reproduce it even with original SIP/PyQt versions
(i.e. the latest releases) — while yesterday it was reproducible 100 %
(unless I change the code).

But I have installed the latest SIP snapshot and PyQt5 rebuilt against it,
so if I get this crash again, I will let you know. For now maybe the bug can
be considered fixed.
