[PyQt] Fwd: pyqt5-dev-tools: does not support unicode properly

Also i'd like to inform for this which maybe has something to do with the 
current discussion:

the self.tr('Jürgen')
gives in the ts file:
 <source>J&#xc3;&#xbc;rgen
<translation>Jürgen

translate('Jürgen') or self.trUtf8('Jürgen')
give the right coding
