[PyQt] sipEnumType_alloc: Assertion for PyQt5 but not PyQt4

Hi

I guess the error is that I am using a PyQt4 sipfile. How do I use
sipconfig.Configuration() for PyQt5? Is there any simple example for a
configure.py file for PyQt5. I have searched but not found any simple one.
