I'm getting errors when I run makepyqt: "FAILED: C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Miniconda\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4\pyrcc4.exe: No resources in resource description." And a message box pops up displaying: "Try setting the paths to the tools using More->Options" however the paths are correct and resources_qrc is created. What is the problem?
