[PyQt] pyqt4 installation

Hi there,

 

Trying to build pyqt4-win-commercial-4.11.3 with VS2010 Express, the
building process is halted by the following warning:

 

NMAKE : warning U4006: special macro undefined : '$<'

                C:\Qt\4.8.6.\bin\\moc.exe -o moc_translator.cpp

 

Is it a compiler issue?
