[PyQt] PyQt5 support for Python 3.5

Dear developers,

Could you, please, give some update on Python 3.5 support? As I understood,
it is already fully supported by the code, while the installer isn't built.
As far as Python 3.5 was released couple of months ago, I wonder when could
community expect the release of installers for Windows.
I'm asking mostly about PyQt5 version.
