[PyQt] ANN: PyQt v5.5.1 Released

Hello,

I cannot compile new PyQt5 with current sip version under python 3.5 and 
VS2015.

I have installed sip 4.17 but it keeps saying I need 4.16.6 or later 
(see attached picture).

Did I miss anything?
