[PyQt] Building PyQt5 for Qt without OpenGL

Hi,

For various reasons we have to use Qt that is compiled without OpenGL support. We are trying to build PyQt5 v5.5 using Qt 5.4.1 (without OpenGL). During running the configure.py script we run into several errors related to Qt OpenGL. We are currently building on Windows with Visual Studio 2013, but will also build on RedHat 5 and 6

Is it possible to build PyQt5 for a Qt that does not have OpenGL?
