[PyQt] pyqu5 versus python 3.5

PyQt5 already works with Python 3.5, there are just no Windows
binaries for it yet.

PyQt 5.6 should be released in the coming few weeks with Python 3.5
support.

That won't work. You'd need to install Python 3.4 instead.
