[PyQt] pyqtdeploy, Android and extensions

Just re-built python on the off-chance (definitely with
--enable-dynamic-loading) and then subsequently my app and the problem
persists:
ImportError:
Don't know how to import numpy.core.multiarray (type code 3)
Pretty stumped at the moment....
