[PyQt] File Dialogs Not Native In Linux Mint 17.3

Seems as though *The Qt Company* broke
<https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon-session/pull/75> (
https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon-session/pull/75) the QT theme system
with Qt v5.7 onwards. Hopefully there will be a Cinnamon patch released in
a month or two to get around a major QT bug.
