[PyQt] File Dialogs Not Native In Linux Mint 17.3

Qt 5.7 is definitely the culprit. Huge regression made by *The Qt
Company *which
doesn't just effect Linux Mint but also other Linux distributions

as well. It is a severe issue which *The Qt Company* isn't taking seriously
like it should.
