[PyQt] [BUG ?]slot of QClipboard::dataChanged() was called twice

Looks like a Chromium bug:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=173691

(And if it wasn't, it would probably be a Qt bug - still not something
PyQt can do anything about)
