[PyQt] pyqtdeploy or build system

Hello,

due to having need to build documentation (rst/Sphinx) and python
bindings for 3rd party C library with Cython as well as possibly
Cythonize some of the custom code written in Python-3, I wonder whether
you recommend to use some build system like CMake (which can create
deb/rpm packages as well as binaries for Windows/Mac) or use
setuptools/distutils for 'source distribution' and pyqtdeploy for
deploying binaries?
