[PyQt] Crash with latest PyQt5 snapshot and Qt 5.7

Hi,

this morning I did some more test. Here are the results.

1. Compiling PyQt5 latest snapshots (sip, PyQt5 and QScintilla) against Qt 5.6.1 lead to the 
same crash.
2. Compiling the latest stable versions against Qt 5.6.1 leads to a working installation.

Therefore I assume that there is something wrong in the PyQt5 snapshot.
