[PyQt] Missing file in wheel

The PyQt wheel installed via pip seems to be lacking a file from Qt, namely: QtWebEngineCore.framework/Helpers/QtWebEngineProcess.app/Contents/Info.plist .  As noted in [QTBUG-42955] QtWebEngineProcess appears on Dock - Qt Bug Tracker <https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-42955>  without this file, the QtWebEngineProcess.app process appears as an icon in the dock, and that icon bounces for a long time as the dock forlornly waits for a window from the process to appear.

I’m hoping that file can sneak its way into the wheel soonish…
