[PyQt] QML Plugins Missing from Linux Wheel

The error:

file:///C:/Users/marcus/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python35-32/lib/site-packa
ges/pyblish_qml/qml/main.qml:15:1: module "QtQuick" is not installed
     import QtQuick 2.3
     ^

To reproduce:

$ pip install PyQt5
$ pip install pyblish
$ python -m pyblish_qml --demo
