[PyQt] pyqtlicense-linux error

Hello,

I'm getting the following error when trying to do the pyqtlicense step
against the wheel file:

pyqtlicense-linux: the 'default_python_version' value in the 'Jambo'
section must be set in the configuration file

(the exact command I tried is `./pyqtlicense-linux --verbose --license
../licenses/pyqt-commercial.sip --qt ~/Qt/5.7.0/5.7/gcc_64/
PyQt5_commercial-5.7-cp35-cp35m-manylinux1_x86_64.whl-unlicensed`).

I have no idea what Jambo is, nor how to provide the configuration file,
googling doesn't return anything helpful.
