[PyQt] ANN: New Releases and Packages

Hi,

just used PyQt5 5.7 on a Windows machine. pylupdate is showing the messages out of 
order; first all "Updating..." messages are shown, thereafter all info messages. 
Unfortunately I can't see which message belongs to which .ts file. I thought that was fixed 
in one of the snapshots?
