[PyQt] PyQt5.6.0 wheel may be to tweak for the WebEngine part

so, in waiting for better clues and solution,

I copy:
- what is in `python-3.5.1\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt\resources\`
- in `python-3.5.1\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\`

qtwebengine_resources.pak
qtwebengine_resources_100p.pak
qtwebengine_resources_200p.pak
````

then I retry Spyder:
- First spyder start (loooong) then nothing, have to kill "python*." and
"spyder.exe" process
- second "spyder reset"
- third "spyder" ...... and then I get locked out spyder, but the first
"web" window did display (if I'm right it's a web part).

==> Not very clear I confess, but this time the "WtWebEngineProcess"
doesn't die.
