[PyQt] ok where are the stubs?

Apologies for being dense.

Mac OS X, installed PyQt5.7 via pip install --upgrade.

Looking around for the PEP484 stub files. I read they were installed by
default starting with 5.6? But can't find a folder "*stub*" nor anything
ending in .pyi. Do I need to pass some argument to pip?

Just a link to the doc page that I've obviously overlooked would be a help
