[PyQt] pyqtdelpoy and selenium

hi Phil,

I have been static in the Windows 7 compiler qt 4.8.6, pyqt 4.11, python
2.7.11, sip 4.17 Then I also installed selenium package
I tried using pyqtdelpoy gui to generate an exe, but when I run exe prompt
error
