[PyQt] ANN: eric 17.04.1 released

Hi,

I just uploaded eric 17.04.1. It fixes some serious regressions introduced in the latest 
release. Everybody already having upgraded to 17.04 shoud upgrade to this new 
maintenance release.

It is available via the eric web site.
