[PyQt] Preview does not resize layouts

Pete,

   I had totally overlooked the need for a vertical layout inside each tab as
a container for all widgets. Mea culpa!

   What's interesting is that the vertical layout does not display in the
Objet Inspector under the Contacts tab, but does on the others.
