[PyQt] Foundry Katana and PyQt4 4.10.4

Hi Phil,

I work for Disney Imagineering and we are working with The
Foundry's product called Katana, which is using PyQt4 4.10.4 for its
interface.

I know it's an ancient version but do you know if PyQt4 4.10.4 supports SIP
API 2?
