[PyQt] OS X: windows/menu can't receive mouse events until focus out/in

This may have been covered before, but I’m seeing a bug where my QMainWindow and/or file dialogs appear inactive and also won’t respond to mouse events until I focus to another app then back to the window.

PyQt-5.8.0, Qt-5.8.0
